Returns/Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of the product line, returning a product is not possible. However, in the unlikely event you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product within 30 days of your invoice date once I receive the defective item. Sorry, no merchandise credit can be issued. You are responsible for shipping.

Refund Policy
You may cancel your order within 3 days if the item has not been shipped. Refunds will be credited minus the fees I incurred to cover the fee my processor charged me.
Note: Sezzle orders cannot be refunded as the process to refund Sezzle is difficult and it takes long time to get the process completed and refunds to you on average of 10 days.
After the order has been shipped, refunds cannot be issued.
International Orders: You are responsible for any import/duty fees and UPS brokage fees at time of delivery. No refunds will be given if you do not want to pay for those fees.
Returned Packages
In the event your package gets returned for incomplete name of complete first name and last name, invalid address, missing apt/unit # or any other reason. I will notify you by email that your order has returned back to me. You are responsible for reshipping the order. No refunds will be given.
